Fork Films, Production Assistant 

​(August 2015 - January 2016)

  • Directly supported the Chief Creative Officer with managing her calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and creating travel itineraries and expense reports.

  • Arranged and attended weekly meetings, kept regular meeting notes to distribute and produce reports to update the team on project statuses. 

  • Produced travel itineraries for the Production Manager, maintained equipment and served as a liaison between filmmakers, Production and Distribution Teams.

  • Liaised with all film festivals, submitted applications, and updated the screenings and festival calendar to support The Trials of Spring (film) distribution campaign.

  • Drafted emails and correspondence to outside production companies, managed office supplies, answered phones and maintained project portfolios

  • Communicated and followed up with film festival contacts and licensors about delivering and receiving materials while under tight deadlines for timely delivery.

  • Created production purchase orders, produced DVD screeners and distributed to festival contacts

  • Logged and tracked incoming and outgoing materials for DVD and digital deliveries including masters, hard drives, and audio files.
